We all know reaching your goals takes more than just a work out and more than just nutrition. But we are all starting from different places and with different knowledge so I’d like to offer you as many options as possible.

If you’re like me, I love someone else to write my programs for me. For nutrition sometimes I want only macro goals and sometimes I want specific meal plans. It’s all about where you are in your journey and what you think you need a little assistance with at that time.
