Health and Wellness Trends I Love
For the past 6 months I’ve been working hard at perfecting a daily routine. Of course life happens but I’ve cultivated my perfect day below and the day I strive to have more often than not. Having a checklist of daily and weekly things helps remind me of whats important to me and my goals. Especially while traveling, having habit trackers on my phone with notifications helps wonders!
Morning routine:
Tongue scrape and brush teeth
Skincare routine
CLEARSTEM and Uncommon Beauty products
Ice roll my jaw as I read my kindle (current: Karena Dawn’s Memoir)
Collagen coffee or latte (Vital Proteins Collagen, Kroma golden tumeric or Matcha, Four Sigmatic Gut Happy Coffee)
Workout (strength training, peloton or dance class)

Sauna blanket (currently at a local place but hoping to purchase Higher Dose soon)
80oz water daily (winter time its always warm water to keep me from being cold during the day)
