If you’ve never tracked nutrition and are overwhelmed at the thought you can start with photos. Building a visual food journal of everything you consume on a daily/weekly basis so we can review your habits and make some modifications week to week. The goal here is to see where you’re starting from and how we can build to healthier choices with small adjustments.

This is where you would plan out your daily/weekly meals to ensure they support your goals. Here you will be encouraged to list portion sizes as well.
MACRO Tracking & Meal Plans-Coming Soon!
Together we will come up with a starting point for your overall calorie intake and macro distribution based on your goals. Using apps we will be able to track your nutrition together which will allow me to give detailed feedback along your journey.
Habits and Goals
If you’re just starting, habit tracking may be a great place to start. Together we will come up with small habits to get you into the routine of converting to a healthier lifestyle. These will be designed towards your goals in a manageable way.
