Reflections and Goals: A New Year’s Perspective

As the year winds down, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the journey and set goals for the path ahead. This past year was one of growth, learning, and challenges, and I’m grateful for the lessons it brought.

Looking back:

• I’m proud to say I increased my business by 53%, which has been a huge milestone. Helping more clients reach their goals has been incredibly rewarding.

• On a personal level, I gained strength and embraced some extra weight, which taught me to focus on performance over aesthetics.

• I worked on my gut health, especially after detoxing from 17 years of being on birth control—a process that’s taught me patience and the importance of balance.

• I wasn’t as strict with my diet as I’ve been in the past, but I’ve learned to give myself grace.

• Managing anxiety became a focus, and while it’s a work in progress, I’m proud of the strides I’ve made.

Looking ahead:

This year, my goals are all about building on this foundation:

1. Strength and Performance: I’m aiming for a 200-pound 1-rep max deadlift and working to get my pull-up back.

2. Endurance: Training for a 10K is a new challenge I’m excited to tackle.

3. Business Growth: While maintaining my current success, I’m planning to expand my virtual and online training programs to reach even more people.

4. Nutrition: Returning to my preferred guidelines will help me lean out while maintaining my strength.

As I step into the new year, I’m reminded that growth isn’t always linear—it’s about showing up consistently and celebrating progress, no matter how small. Here’s to a year of strength, resilience, and possibility.

What are your goals for the new year? Let’s work on them together!
